Philosophy and Procedures
Eduard explicitly agreed the Debian Social Contract and understand
Debian Free Software Guildelines. He shows good understanding our
philosophy and free software.
Tasks and Skills
Eduard said he translated the maint-guide into german. He also was
a maintainer of emelfm package, which is currently adapted
by Rick Younie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. It is almost correct. Once he
become an official developer, he will take the maintainership.
Evaluation and Check-in
I believe that Eduard will be a valuable contribution to the Debian
family. He would be a good package maintainer. I hereby recommend
Eduard be accepted as an official Debian maintainer.
