Err, now, I don't want to comment on the specific AM (i.e. Anand), but, FFS, this is *ridiculous*! One _week_?! I've had plenty of applicants not respond to my enquires in longer than that; should I start rejecting them for such appalling unresponsiveness? Sheesh. -- James
