philosophy and free software.

Tasks and Skills

Marcus says he is a Java/C++ developer.  He made 
libproc-process-perl_0.28-1_i386.deb, which is lintian clean.
I think he passed skill checks.

Evaluation and Check-in

I believe that Marcus will be a contribution to the Debian family.  
He would be a good package maintainer.  I hereby recommend 
Marcus be accepted as an official Debian maintainer.
