2. Philosophy and Procedures
-----------------------------
Margarita Manterola has a good understanding of Debians Philosophy and
Procedures. She answered all my Questions about Social Contract,
DFSG, BTS etc. in a good way.
3. Tasks and Skills
-------------------
Margarita Manterola is Maintainer of uisp, the Package is in Debian
(sponsored by Tollef Fog Heen)
She also answered my other Questions regarding T&S without problems.
3a. Advocate is writing (DAM)
-----------------------------
I want to advocate Margarita mostly because I had the chance to work
with her during Debconf4 and discovered then that she could bring to
Debian her general skills on Linux systems, as well as a tremendous
pugnacity in tracking down usability bugs and carefully testing
developments.
Her contribution to the Spanish localization has already been
important enough for grating her some serious consideration.
3b. Personal comment about Applicant (DAM)
------------------------------------------
Margarita answered all my questions in a precise way, is very active at bug
squashing parties, Spanish translations and around debian-women.
4. Recommendation

I recommend to accept her as a Debian Developer.
