As it has happened before: I have met Luis, and am very happy he is taking the step of actively and officially starting to work on Debian as a DM. This mail, however, is _not_ signed and should _not_ be seen as advocating him: I remember meeting him in Bogotá and talking with him, and I welcome him among our ranks.
