Hello, I advocate Andreas Rönnquist to become uploading DD. Advocacy text:
I only know Andreas' work from the website team's perspective, where he earlier this year became coordinator and primary/sole maintainer of the extensive existing Swedish language translation of the website (that's 3800+ translated web pages, i.e. two-thirds of the website). During the following couple of months, Andreas updated all outdated translations, and started adding new translations, quickly grasping and/or adjusting to the ins and outs of the website team's procedures. Andreas has had unsupervised commit rights to the website team's entire main repository for three months, and I haven't regretted pushing for him to get those rights. He hasn't messed up the website, and I think he can be trusted with upload rights as well, but I hope others with knowledge of his Debian Maintainer work will chime in here. Having met Andreas personally, I find him pleasant to both chat and work with, online and offline, and I find him an asset to the project.
