I have reviewed and sponsor all of the php PEAR packages of Prach above, and it was very good packaging work. He also provided a package for python-heatclient (part of OpenStack) which I had not time to upload yet to Debian, but which at a glance, seems in very good shape (this DM process pushed me to check for the package, and I think I will be uploading it today). Each time Prach managed to integrate with the team's standard, and worked with git and Alioth, without even asking for how to do it (he somehow managed to find out by himself). I would warmly recommend Prach as DM, and I would grant him the upload rights for the PHP PEAR packages (at least) I reviewed.
