-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 For nm.debian.org, at 2021-12-15: I support Marius Gripsgard <mar...@ubports.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Marius Gripsgard on Lomiri upstream and Lomiri packaging for Debian and also the package btop for 18 months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
For the past 18 months, I have worked with Marius Gripsgard on getting the Lomiri operating environment into Debian. Marius mainly worked on the upstream side providing Lomiri components that build and work on Debian unstable. He is a very skilled C++ and Qt/QML developer. As Lomiri is the operating environment in Ubuntu Touch (which Marius is a core developer of), Marius has excellent expertise on creating and maintaining DEB packages. Under my supervision he will now start translating this expertise to official Debian packaging. I have personally worked with Marius Gripsgard <mar...@ubports.com> (key 9BAE683E99C32552D76F9E83BAF9CEC3F6922789) for 18 months, and I know Marius Gripsgard can be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages, right now. For this past work, Marius Gripsgard sent mails using the email address mar...@ubports.com which is the one they're using on nm.debian.org, and they signed their work and email using a GPG key with fingerprint 9BAE 683E 99C3 2552 D76F 9E83 BAF9 CEC3 F692 2789. I've made sure that he is able to decrypt encrypted messages sent to this key and that he is able to sign messages with the same key. Due to the long-term interactions we had, I'm convinced that Marius Gripsgard as he presents himself on nm.debian.org is the rightful owner of both email mar...@ubports.com and GPG key 9BAE 683E 99C3 2552 D76F 9E83 BAF9 CEC3 F692 2789. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAEBCAAdFiEEm/uu6GwKpf+/IgeCmvRrMCV3GzEFAmG6N2MACgkQmvRrMCV3 GzEKOQ//b6e1gRUFkaQ7WPGsBPouOrLsxbK81nIqjpHfsinwylUEulSPRbKC2KrT jTCh1kPu/z3wG00NAg0UwyHdDbD18r6T+A0m7ZRBg8aKVW85X1byyDOZn5QHcRhz 350LAuRx4sVqAANoZJqa2SYD6R8PzU8iqiStiji4XTOh/UMD6zloEiebIGeMLsjw xDMeVGIwuAwDkiTQrToJ0koLc+yDYDRxQDV5+m87tRHiR86SP6rTFhG0uWJ4mFNz OWHNenS/3qSizsCWLs1iecaBVnbeaCcs6HYEmA9ilWb9b9ADHb1CJf5Vaq3Omvv8 eiJKzwd7wiLLdhAGDhk5+oqSeUIfUpWTXFr/mUdY02UOkHRWYALSDDcsbsu7VkzG t4zgOk8YmWFnJEWFZWa7VKzf0YMwhBQARVd1GMz7ivw1lb1RZ5fHMyrb0g7O0x/D 5SVGasMSsqO6tasRoUiV/8V6FwQtdNuOjBGZMYac0i3zUT6GMfG32opzxtRSo4EK zBeR2xVrxCjXs6KK68RQu4a/whs19G97zUDooHd8WlQW5ymqGAZluWtQ8wQ03ZPl lfUVR3d/pvnkhOOssT4+Thp4kWeY/ata9gxwjh1u1On3HrwW0xhzM8YukG1UmYsy QseHM3wMNL0ORtljxAEYLSv6L4xURQDRq30g5W990wZNAjL+aPA= =6CPG -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- Mike Gabriel (via nm.debian.org) For details and to comment, visit https://nm.debian.org/process/992/ -- https://nm.debian.org/process/992/
