Hello everyone ... Like promised, i will upload ocaml 3.06-13 today, which moves the ocaml libdir to /usr/lib/ocaml/3.06. Thanks go to Ralf for finding a last minute problem in the packages i had made available previously (i suppose he was the only one who actually tested them).
Apart from the moved libdir, nothing else has changed yet. Also i included (finally) the ocaml_packaging_policy patch from Stefano about findlib and META files, as well as updated section 1 and 2 to reflect the libdir change, as well as modified the virtual packages provided to ocaml-3.06-1 and ocaml-base-3.06-1. So, everyone, once you can get ocaml 3.06-13, please rebuild your library packages, changing only the virtual dependencies to ocaml-3.06-1 and ocaml-base-3.06-1 and upload them. The sooner we do this, the faster thing will return to normal. Notice that dpkg will let you upgrade to ocaml 3.06-13 without checking the virtual dependencies (Bug#170825), but apt-get handles stuff normally, as you most probably noticed. Friendly, Sven Luther
