Hi all, I've rebuilt a lot of debian packages against Sven's ocaml 3.07beta2 packages.
Thery are available in the already announced Sven's repository (IIRC http://people.debian.org/~sven/ocaml). Precompiled .debs are for powerpc (unless Sven had rebuild them i386, dunno). Debian source packages are available also. The forward porting for ocaml 3.07 has been stupid: I've simply written a dhrll script which replace occurences of the old ocaml standard library directory with the new one and something similar for dependecies. If somebody wants it I can post, but not earlier than tomorrow. Maintainers of packages I've forward ported are encouraged to have a look at them and, if they like my work, use them as a _starting_ point to release ocaml 3.07 packages. Sven, have I forgot something? Cheers. -- Stefano Zacchiroli -- Master in Computer Science @ Uni.
