Well, it depends. Not a whining, but an additional entry point for the AM to consider. If all the ocaml team sends a (maybe common letter) saying how impressed we are with Sylvain and what great job he has been doing lately, this should be ok. Also, 4 month delay without action is a bit much. Like Ralf said, maybe Sylvain should ask the frontdesk or something. Friendly, Sven Luther
