The fact that a package does not compile on some architectures (even release architecures) is not considered release-critical. It is RC, however, in case of a regression, that is if a package fails to compile on some release architecture where earlier versions did succeed. In the case of ocaml-ffmpeg it would be justified to downgrade to "serious". Cheers -Ralf.
