I have compiled a little howto to create standard unix packages (rpm, pkg ...) out of an openoffice.org installation set. http://installation.openoffice.org/how_to_repackage_oo.html This howto does not deal with the package manager themselfs, but describes the steps to take to run a setup -net installation and create a file list from the result.
