Thanks about all that.
Next, I noticed some weird behaviour:
When compiling OOo, this process creates files (well, directories, in
fact) in the user's home (I mean the user running the build process, off
course).
I list them here, please notice that they also create the whole path to
these directories. I also have to bring your attention to the fact that
these creation takes the value of the HOME env variable, not what's to
be found in /etc/passwd (or getent).
I cannot tell, though, if it is due to builing package openoffice.org or
openoffice.org-debian-files.

I would say that this is the complete list, as I have the home directory
($HOME) in a rather unusual place, completely empty before building OOo,
no other programs has been started meanwhile and the packages are not
yet installed (even if an old version has).
