I compiled 1.0.3-2 for woody with Adrian's patch applied. Besides not noticing any increase in startup speed, the result was that some Calc files could still be opened, but when I tried to save a modified version, the modifications were dismissed when the file was closed and reopened. When I tried to save the file with a different name, OpenOffice crashed and did not save anything. This might be related to using gcc 3.0 for compilation on woody and not make any troubles when using gcc 3.2.3 as Adrian did, but I thought I should mention it anyways. Severin
