Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1.0.99+1.1rc3-1
Severity: important
Justification: reduces functionality w/o rendering it completly unusable

It's very strange but when I start oowriter (or anay other oo.o program)
from Gnome menu - then after it loads I get message box that
"unrecoverable error has occured" and all data will be written, blabla..

But when I start oowriter from multi-gnome-terminal - then it loads
and everything is fine. It's a bit annoying...

About justification - if somebody is being hit by this problem - he
may not use oo.o unless he knows that he should start it from shell,
so for some it'll work, for some - not.

PS: My system is current unstable.

Doing some other expermients I exited GNOME choosing "save session"
while having OOWriter opened (started from shell). I was quite
amused that the oowriter started after I logged in again.

So I closed the app and tried starting w/ GNOME menu. It worked!

However I was using debug-symbols-enabled version of libtl645li.so
so I went to /usr/lib/openoffice/program and moved the original one
back and ran ldconfig.

Then I closed oowriter and started it again from gnome menu.

It worked, so I belive that the bug got fixed underway. (I assume that
it probably was a side effect of sth. other being broken maybe? as I
haven't apparently upgraded oo.o since them - at 1.1.0-1 all the time).
