1. Must this really be a Depends? I'd be surprised if OOo didn't run at
all without it. A Recommends might be better.
2. I am unhappy about the state of 1.1.0. It is not useful to work on
1.1.1 or upload 1.1.1 to unstable until the new regressions are
resolved. Uploading a new upstream version would only make things even
more unstable because you then don't know whether new regressions come
from ooo-build patches or 1.1.1.
I'm looking at #228324 currently, but I can't reproduce it :(
