OOo does not need to depend on prelinking since it does not depend on prelink and it's not OOo's job to depend on libelfg0. OOo just suggests prelink to do it's job and additionally ask the question only when prelink is installed (that was a bugfix appearing in 1.1.0-4) and it just runs prelink...
