This is an experimental package.... This is not yet in unstable.
Where did you get it from? When did you install it?
Why did you use 1.1.0-* then and not the experimental packages?

And openoffice.org-thesaurus-en-us Replaces: versions=20
<< 1.1.0+1.1.1a-1 to upgrades will work.
Downgrading is not supported by the package system anyway and isn't this
case anyway, too.

So this is a non-bug. Closing.
