Hello. The same problem occured to me a week ago. Replacing the file solved the problem here, too.
I do not know if it is of any use, but this is how it happened. Everything was working fine, but after I had changed the paper size to A4 or deinstalled libdiscover1, I could not print with OpenOffice.org any more. oopadmin displayed my printer, but under Properties I could not set the paper size. Logging in as root I could change the paper size dialogue sometimes. The reinstallation of OpenOffice.org and cupsys-bsd did not solve the problem. I also installed libdiscover1 again, but no success. Now I replaced the file and everything is working. Thanks for your help and keep up the good work.
