Bug#396276: Workaround for backgrounding

Following a hint by Rene on irc, commenting out

# test for availability of the fast external splash
if [ "$sd_binary" = "soffice.bin" -a -x "$sd_prog/oosplash.bin" ] ; then
    sd_binary="oosplash.bin"
fi

fixes the problem.

Maybe the mailcap entries could use a -nosplash flag and soffice
should honor that?
