Hello!
I have been encountering this bug for quite some time (I don't know if it was
always like this).
I have unset the option "Check capitalization" in the Language Settings, yet
OpenOffice.org will keep bugging me when I write a cell like "Market
capitalisation (incl. Non-tradable shares)". I would like to have
"non-tradable" instead, but OOo forces it to capitalise each and every time.
I have noticed the same appalling behaviour in OOo Writer with almost every
abbreviation.
Currently I don't have the possibility to install a version from the OOo
website, sorry.
I wonder if someone else encounters this problem. I have read that OOo has
disabled the capitalisation since 2.3 (see
http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=593&p=34429&hilit=capitalization)
, but apparently not on my computer.
Is this perhaps a Debian-specific bug?
