Before you ask: Yes, I know there's python3-uno | 1:3.5.4+dfsg2-0+deb7u2 | wheezy | amd64, armel, armhf, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, s390x, sparc but that's just built against python3 by chance. In aftersight I probably shouldn't have done it, but removing it now (from STABLE!) is bad, too... (Unless it's completely broken, long time since I tested it. Honestly I don't even remember it... But external stuff - and not your own scripts - are probably not working) Official support for python3 is there since LO 4.0 - with python3.3 (see last mail.)
