Package: libreoffice
Version: 1:3.5.4-4
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
*** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
I selected an avery address label (30 labels per page in 3 columns of 10
labels) but they
didn't print properly. The printing shifted left on each subsequent
column of labels. The
label form was defined properly. I verified this by measuring the actual
labels on the form.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
It looks like the label width is being used instead of the horizontal
pitch to calculate
the starting position of the next column of labels. I tested this by
changing the label width
to equal the actual horizontal horizontal pitch.
* What was the outcome of this action?
This caused the labels to print properly. Fortunately, in this case,
there was no text that
might required wrapping.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
The horizontal pitch is different from the label width for a reason.
This particular label
has a gutter area between columns of labels. Anything printed there will
not be on the
actual label when it is peeled off. The horizontal pitch needs to be
used to calculate
the start position of the label columns.

Hello,
It would be better to have the version in which the bug is fixed, but return
the user will be difficult.
This bug is very old, the version of LO is old, it is corrected. Game over.
Regards,
