I just ACCEPTed cppunit1.13 from NEW but noticed it was missing
attribution in debian/copyright for at least:
src/msvc6/testrunner/DynamicWindow/SizeCBar.cpp
src/msvc6/testrunner/DynamicWindow/SizeCBar.h
src/msvc6/testrunner/DynamicWindow/SizeCBar.html
(This is not exhaustive so please check over the entire package
carefully and address these on your next upload.)
