No, you can run it just fine. Just that all the Java features will not
work, but those are not eseential.
It is 100% intended that it's not a Depends. Actually that on ei s in
Depends: where it is strictly needed and otherwise those Java-support
packages are Recommended by various libreoffice packages, too.
