Add to this paragraph:
If your package is free otherwise, it should go into contrib.
Otherwise it must go into non-free.
And add another paragraph recommending lesstif:
If your package works reliably with lesstif, you should
package it with lesstif, and not with Motif at all.
It's fine otherwise.
