But if DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS is not defined, then INSTALL remains "install", and the files are not stripped when installed (into debian/tmp), which I don't think is the desired effect. (Note that the result of "debian/rules build" is still the unstripped binary file(s).) Steve (Please don't cc me on list mail)
