1. "You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's
source code as you receive it ..."

Applies to *source code* only. We distribute orginial tarballs
which include the licence text. We are okay here.

2. "You may modify your copy or copies of the Program ... provided that:

        a. ... modified files to carry prominent notices ...

        b. ... licensed as a whole at no charge to all third
        parties under the terms of this License.

        c. [ interactive display of copyright notice ]

3. [ distribution obligations for binaries ]

No I don't believe any part of the GNU GPL compels us to provide a 
complete comply of the GNU GPL with binaries.
