hello I find a solution on debian-ppc archive to see a external video and sleep function. I use a ibook G4 with ubuntu and kernel 2.6.10-5-powerpc . My less /proc/cpuinfo is: processor : 0 cpu : 7447A, altivec supported clock : 599MHz revision : 1.2 (pvr 8003 0102) bogomips : 598.01 machine : PowerBook6,5 motherboard : PowerBook6,5 MacRISC3 Power Macintosh detected as : 287 (iBook G4) pmac flags : 0000001b L2 cache : 512K unified memory : 256MB pmac-generation : NewWorld
I modified a xorg.conf file and i add some options. The sleep function work to add a option: Option "AGPMode" "4" in Section "Device" where is my driver Radeon.
