i succeeded in loading the "mol_0.9.61.orig.tar.gz" (have a look at
<ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/> [1]) & building the modules
out of this package against my custom kernel-headers:
tar xvzf ...
cd [IIRC it's called /.../.../mol]
make clean
make modules KERNEL_TREE=/usr/src/kernel-headers-2.4.8r1
make install_modules
