I've read lots of posts over the months about using m3mirror to get this to work. Everything I've tried leads to a display that is less than optimal, especially in X (wavy display or chopped off). All the posts I've read indicate this has NOT yet been solved.

Has anyone had success getting the ibook2 to display properly using the external monitor port under Linux? I'd rather not use MacOS X at the LUG meeting tomorrow if I don't have to...

BTW, I'm running Debian Sid with the stock 2.4.18-newpmac kernel.
