Hello- I'm having some trouble getting ALSA up on a fresh install (uname -r 2.4.18-newpmac).
I've been following the instructions at-> http://www.linuxorbit.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=541 and am fine until I try to install the .deb of alsa-modules. It starts complaining that it needs alsa-base. However when I install alsa-base it complains that it needs the alsa modules installed). Wondering if anyone has had a similar problem.
