IP komputera, z którego nastąpił atak, 3. dokładną datę, godzinę zajścia, oraz strefę czasową * Informacja o otrzymaniu Spamu, czyli niechcianej poczty od Abonenta sieci Aster City: 1. Kopię e-maila z pełnym nagłówkiem. * Informacja o naruszeniu Regulaminu na newsach: 1. Kopię artykułu z pełnym nagłówkiem + Message-ID wiadomości. Jednocześnie informujemy, że brak któregokolwiek z wymienionych elementów w zgłoszeniu uniemożliwia rozpoczęcie procedury przyjętej w Aster City. W przypadku pytań lub wątpliwości prosimy o kontakt ze swoim administratorem lub helpdeskiem.
