I used ps2ascii on  /usr/share/doc/proj-ps-doc/PROJ.4.3.I2.ps.gz
and the underscores on this line became "."'s, etc.:

 +o.lat=OEp and +o.lon=*p are used to set the translated pole position

it is on page 19 of that file.
