Hello Denis, First get your Wheezy install up-to-date. Then, working on the assumption this may be a USB problem, have a look at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/872483 Comment #61 involves an Epson printer. The tests which are run there (please see comment #56) might help to narrow down the problem.
