Bug#1109876: cups-filters: ipp on HP dont print two-side long-edge no matter what configured

Dear Maintainer,

we use Debian Trixie as our printserver, we've got a new printer HP Color 
LaserJet Pro MFP 4302 and connected them via IPP.
Printig works so far, but when we try to print double sided long side it always 
print short side, no matter what we configure..

It looks like that the cups-filter driver has an issue with rastertopclm filter.

What I did:
lp -d HP4302 -o sides=two-sided-long-edge /home/user/2-site-test.pdf

but in the logs is:
