This kind of report is best sent directly to upstream.  I have in the past 
forwarded them and found upstream responsive to making the changes.

However, I am not responsive enough to get this forwarded upstream in a timely 
manner.  Given that upstream is now shipping 10.07 I am going to close this 
report without forwarding.
