"Priority: fun, tricky, taxing, mayhem". :) In fact, the PuTTY bug system uses exactly this for its Difficulty: field. It's probably the wrong way round for triage, though. Maybe something like "Urgency: critical, high, medium, low, round-tuit". -- Colin Watson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
