Totally, but somebody will have to operate that as well. I think nobody wants to suppress these discussions entirely, but they are just not manageable on #debian. If somebody writes up a good FAQ for that, this would be a good start (maybe even a wikipage?) If somebody even wants to operate a seperate channel for non-technical support even better. We just cannot expect the current #debian operators/regulars do this themselves.
