Because translators mostly don't "maintain" translations but plainly
"contribute" translations.
Ie. Translators mainly _translate_.
What do you call translation maintenance anyway ?
What are the contributors doing if not helping to maintain
the package, in your opinion?
I do not talk about "contributors", but several different kinds of
"maintainers".
