(a) For source stuff, the morgue on ftp-master has (ttbomk) complete copies of all sources uploaded going a few years back now. Accessible only to ftpmaster (or ftpteam?) atm, but available on request if needed. (b) As far as looking for people is concerned, I don't have time :( (c) As far as authorising funds (for this or other things) goes, please give a concrete amount that's needed, a definite statement of what the purpose/benefit is, and where possible Cc a public mailing list like this one.
