Maybe I'm proposing an something too obvious and stupid... What I'm asking my self is why a few core teams (ftp-masters/DAMs/...) do not issue non-periodical (but surely not once every 3-4 years) reports about the status of operations, blockers, issues and what ever, like already done by DPL or RMs? I think all people would appreciate this little increase in transparency of teams' job.
