Hi all, we could even go further and change towards a paradigm similar to Demexp (demexp.org): permanent vote.
For non-anonymous votes it is very easy: when the number of seconders is more than half of the number actively voting developers, the GR is accepted. We could for instance define it as half the number of voters to the yearly DPL election.
