Not intentionally. why the lucky stiff was a Ruby advocate who wrote a number of good things, most notably "Why's Poignant Guide to Ruby". A few years back, he posted a series of rather odd posts, and then disappeared. His domain was evidently captured by a scammer, and is being used to promote dodgy stuff.
