If you send e-mail using a debian.org e-mail address from any non-

Unless the MUA is able to switch automaticaly between different submission
services
depending on the From field, this does not seem very practical ?

The exim & postfix configuration from the documentation make this a non-issue:

 https://dsa.debian.org/user/mail-submit/

Thunderbird also has no problem using different SMTP servers for different
identities.
