Hello Python Dev Team,

My name is Dave, and I have been working on a simple GUI app for
submission into Debian.

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=754287
https://mentors.debian.net/package/tz-converter

In the initial review, I was asked to contact this team concerning the
use of libs that are not in the Debian repo. For now, I have them being
directly copied, but it would be cleaner if these were installed as
separate modules. These are currently in Pypi, but was not sure if they
needed to be installed as Debian packages. The packages in question:

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/tzlocal
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Delorean

What would be the best steps to include these Python libs in my current
package?

Thanks for the help.

- Dave
