I have commited my last changes to [1].
The test suite does not run automatically. I believe that pysam needs to be
installed before hand in order to test it.
I have installed python3-pysam on my system and ran the test suite and it
seemed to ran fine.
I emailed the test report to the guys at the Pysam project to see if that's
what they expect.
Essentially removed most of the rules in the rules file and the package is
built with a simple:
dh $@ --with python2,python3 --buildsystem=pybuild
I have to get rid of the commented out stuff in there, but was hoping for
someone to have a look at the state of python-pysam before I tidy
everything up.
So, can someone have a look at [1]?
