Could the fact that Ubuntu is "converting everything to Snaps" impact the current policy that "If someone tries to upload a NEW package, they're always told to go to Debian." ? In other words, could the contribution from Ubuntu to Debian diminishes because more effort is put on Snaps and less effort on improving upstream Debian packages ?
