Please setup a tracker to add python3.15 as a supported python3 version.
This is non-blocking, as packages can migrate on their own once built.
We're not yet starting this, just want to have an overview of affected
packages.
Please copy the tracker from the python3.14-add tracker.
3.15.0 will be released at the beginning of October, so we can start
this as soon as we are confident in the state of the Python packages in
the archive.
